Not all that much in this episode, which is to be expected since there's been gem after gem for the past few episodes.

We do have this, though:

BRENNAN: Well, if she didn't hide anything. She was direct and honest.
BOOTH: Bones, I mean you do realize that you are discussing motive right now? Psychology, not hard evidence.
BRENNAN: It won't happen again.

Another example and reminder of how they're further influencing each other. Only work-wise, still.

But that changes.
